Working with National Development and Northland Residential Corp., the consultant team brought the property through Town Meeting Approval, Planning Board Special Permit Approval, and Conservation Commission approvals to create 425 residential units. Built by Cranshaw Construction, the resultant community of apartments and condominiums is a vibrant success, embracing and enhancing the surrounding wetland habitat and incorporating the town-wide bicycle path into its amenity program.
